The Al-hilal first advanced in that game through Brazilian Michael, before Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo overturned the final by scoring the equaliser, then the winning goal in the extra runs, to win Luis Castro over compatriot Jesus.
Unlike the recent confrontation between coaches at Saudi stadiums, Jesus beat Castro in the last official meeting he gathered at Portuguese stadiums, in 2018, when Sporting’s team triumphed.
Jesus beat Chevaz Castro by 2-1, as part of the 26th round of the Portuguese League in the 2017-2018 season.
He states that the next confrontation between the training duo will be the first of its kind between them in the Saudi Professional League. It will also be between the leading al-hilal and the summer of Nasr, making it a forthcoming summit at all levels of training and the Jamahiriya.
The anticipated match will turn into one-on-one clashes that will be crucial to either side’s three-point exit or tie, as many other teams seeking to catch up with the competition hope, including the third-ranking community and the defending federation.
Ronaldo’s on-field clash with Aleksandar Mitrovic of Al-hilal will be at the top of the league scorer list, with the Portuguese captain scoring 15 to the Serbian striker’s 11 goals.
The two players have the support that any team dreams of: the Brazilian Malcolm in Al-Hilal, who has reached nine goals and exceeded the long fasting period. On the other hand, there is Taliska, who, together with Ronaldo, has become a mutually understanding duo.
