Italy’s Roberto Mancini, the head coach of Saudi football’s top team, devotes about half an hour after the end of today’s training in Qatar to meeting with players.
During Qatar’s final Asian Cup preparatory camp between January 12 and February 10, the team will perform two training sessions per day, 1 a.m. and 1 p.m.
According to “sports” sources, the third day of the camp, which began yesterday, will see a meeting between the coach and the players to talk about different aspects of technical aspects.
After the end of the meeting, the mission will have dinner before heading to the medical clinic of the camp headquarters in Selin Resort, South Qatar, until bedtime at 11:00 p.m.
Yesterday,Saudi coach Mancini divided the players during the morning into two groups, the first of which underwent physiological fitness tests benefiting from medical masks provided by the team’s management in the camp at his request.
Players wear these masks while running to provide fitness and health readings on which the coaching staff is based during training.
The second group merely performed strengthening exercises at the health club.
In the evening, players performed a variety of regular exercises before taking a split over half the stadium area, followed by lengths at the end of the quota.
After completing their readiness, Ali Hazazi and Ayman Yahya, the middleman, attended the training and went through the two full classes according to sources.
Yesterday, he trained as an independent vibrator under the supervision of the technical staff, while Yahya was absent for a cold.
