castro-shocks-ronaldo-before-league-starts

Portuguese al-nasr football team  coach Luis Castro made a new decision about compatriot Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of the team, a few days before the first match of the new season of the Saudi Professional League.
Before the Saudi Super Cup match, Ronaldo complained of pain in his back, but he had the meeting, which ended in a 1-4 loss on Saturday.
The medical examinations he underwent after the match showed his safety from the injury and his readiness to engage in group training normally.

However, Castro preferred Ronaldo to conduct fitness training only, while he missed the time-consuming exercise on Monday, according to Saudi Sports.
In the same vein, the yellow team’s group exercises for the first time saw the participation of Salim Najdi, coming from Al-Fatah.
Al-Nasr players were given a rest on Sunday, with the first appearance after the crescent match today coming in a training session, attended by Ibrahim al-Mehideb, the club’s president.
Al-Nasr, last season’s runner-up, is set to face the major next Thursday in the opening round of the  saudi professional Roshin League.
Speculation is being raised about Castro’s future with Al-Nasr, with most press reports indicating that his departure is nearing after the team lost 5 back-to-back tournaments under his leadership.
