The club has won the third division championship once and the second division championship once. Al-Qaisumah, located in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia, recently celebrated the historic achievement of its football team's promotion to the first division for the first time in its history. Despite a series of initial losses, the team managed to secure qualification just two weeks before the end of the competition. The club, which was founded six decades ago following the discovery of oil in the Eastern Province, has a current population of 40,000. The football team's success is credited to local talents, along with three players brought in from outside the region, who contributed to the club's journey from regional leagues to the second division, maintaining a remarkable 30-match unbeaten streak. Saleh Al-Harbi, the supervisor of the football team at Al-Qaisumah Club, emphasized that the club's next goal is to achieve an unprecedented record – reaching the first division without any losses. He stated, "We want to win the remaining two matches and reach 32 games without any losses. If this happens, it will be an unprecedented record – promotion to the first division without any defeats." He attributed the promotion to two key factors: timely payment of players' salaries and bonuses and continuous motivation and encouragement of the players to maintain their winning streak. Regarding the financial costs awaiting them in the first division, Al-Harbi acknowledged the financial support provided to first division clubs, which amounts to two million Saudi Riyals. He noted that the first division is as competitive and demanding as the premier league, requiring significant financial investments in player contracts, coaching staff, salaries, and bonuses. To cover these costs, the club has initiated daily meetings and calculated a need for an additional 600,000 Riyals. They are actively seeking sponsors, involving honorary members, and exploring revenue-generating opportunities within the club to ensure a sustainable financial future for the club's journey ahead. The achievement has also attracted unprecedented media attention to the club and its facilities, which Al-Harbi believes will positively impact the club's future. The club has already started negotiations with some local players and a Syrian professional to bolster their squad in their quest to reach the top leagues so Al-Qaisumah Club's football team has made history with its promotion to the first division and aims to set a new record by reaching this milestone without a single defeat. The club's management is actively planning for the financial challenges of competing in the first division while capitalizing on the newfound media attention to secure the club's future success. The current president of Al-Qaisumah Club:
