Czesław Michniewicz, born on February 12, 1970, in Byarozawka, Byelorussian SSR, Soviet Union (now Belarus), is a Polish football manager and former goalkeeper. He is currently the manager of Saudi Professional League club Abha. Michniewicz also managed the Poland national team in 2022.

Czesław Michniewicz's managerial career started in September 2003 when he became the manager of Lech Poznań. During his time there, he led the team to victory in the 2003–04 Polish Cup and Polish Super Cup. However, he left the club in June 2006.

In October 2006, Michniewicz took over as the manager of Ekstraklasa side Zagłębie Lubin, where he guided the club to win the 2006–07 league title. Unfortunately, he was relieved of his duties in October 2007.

His managerial journey continued with various clubs, including Arka Gdynia, Widzew Łódź, Jagiellonia Białystok, and Polonia Warsaw.

Michniewicz later managed Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała from March to October 2013. After a brief pause, he returned to coaching and led Pogoń Szczecin, achieving a sixth-place finish in the 2015–16 season.

His managerial career also included stints with Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza and the Poland national under-21 football team. Under his leadership, the Poland U21 team qualified for the final tournament of the 2019 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

In September 2020, Michniewicz was appointed as the coach of Legia Warsaw. During his tenure, Legia achieved notable successes, including victories in the UEFA Europa League qualifiers and the Ekstraklasa. He was named Ekstraklasa's Coach of the Month multiple times.

However, his time at Legia Warsaw ended in October 2021 due to the team's struggles in the league.

Currently, on June 12, 2023, Czesław Michniewicz was announced as the new manager of Saudi club Abha, where he currently manages the team.
