Pedro Emanuel dos Santos Martins Silva, known as Pedro Emanuel, is a former Portuguese footballer who primarily played as a central defender. He was born on February 11, 1975, in Luanda, Angola, and he stands at a height of 1.80 meters (5 feet 11 inches). Pedro Emanuel had a notable playing career, closely associated with two major Portuguese clubs, Boavista and FC Porto, where he served as team captain for both. He played a key role in helping Boavista secure its first and only Primeira Liga title in 2001. Over his 16-year professional career, he accumulated 356 appearances and scored 8 goals.
His success continued at FC Porto, where he was part of a strong defensive lineup, including players like Jorge Costa, Ricardo Carvalho, and Paulo Ferreira. During his time at Porto, the team won numerous major titles, including the UEFA Cup and UEFA Champions League.
