Abha City hosts the 2024 Super Cup from 13 to 17 August, the Saudi Football Federation revealed on Thursday.
The Federation of Football explained that the hosting, in cooperation with the Development Authority of the Asir Region, and the Saudi Authority represented in the “Spirit of Saudi Arabia”, is the official identity of Saudi tourism, and coincides with the “difficult summer season”, which saw the launch of the tourist identity of the region “Asir Tahul.”

The Saudi Super Cup will be held with the participation of Al-Hilal, Al-Nasr, Al-Ahly and Al-Cooperative.
Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium in Abha is scheduled to embrace the games of the tournament. The first semi-final clash will be played between Al-Hilal, the champion of the Two Holy Mosques Cup and the champion of the King’s Cup, and Al-Ahly, the third of the league, 13 August at 07:15 pm. The following day, the second game, the victory, the runner-up of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup and the runner-up of the league champions, and the fourth, the league, will be held at the same time in the evening, while the final will be held on the 17th of the same month.

The Saudi Super Championship kicked off the 2014 season by facing Al Fatah, the league champions, and Federation, the reigning champions of the Copa del Rey, and won it. The system continued until the 2021 season, with the participation of four teams, the league champions, runners-up, champions of the Copa del Rey and runners-up.
