Saudi press reports reveal that Brazilian Malcom, the star of Al-Hilal, made a request to run his club over his recent injury
Al-Hilal announced Malcom suffered a leg muscle injury, which kept him out of the final “leader” encounter in front of Al-Fayha in the 19th round of the Saudi Professional League.
The Brazilian player asked to continue his treatment and rehabilitation programme in his country during the current hiatus, due to the club’s medical staff enjoying the leave granted to him by the Portuguese Georgie Jesus.
Malcolm left for his country after suffering from the injury, taking advantage of the stoppage in which the Saudi team participated in a preparatory camp in preparation for the 2023 Asian Cup, Qatar, January 12.
Al-hilal stars are set to resume training on January 16 after the end of the vacation, and press reports have confirmed that Malcolm is expected to be fully ready for friendly matches before the return of the league competitions of saudi professional roshen league in mid-February.
