The medical staff of the al-hilal team, in coordination with the technical staff, decided to undergo a treatment and rehabilitation programme at the club’s headquarters during the team’s preparatory camp in Austria from 15 July to 3 August; Camp end date.
Portuguese coach Jesus gave his players rest for the training on Sunday night, before leaving the mission on Monday afternoon for Austria.
Goalkeeper Mohamed Al-Owais will be in the camp after his entry into Austrian territory, and Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrovic will join the team’s mission in Austria on the first day of the camp, with compatriot Sergei Savic joining the camp on Wednesday, in exchange for the technical staff’s leave following the birth.
Al-Hilal will play 5 Test matches in its camp in Austria in preparation for next season’s sports competition. The first clash will take place on July 19 against the Austrian Team SC Viner Neustadt. The second Test match will be on July 22 against the Arab Qatar team The third meeting will take place on 26 July in front of South Africa’s Mamelody Sun Downs team. The fourth, on 29 July, is against Como’s Italian team, and the fifth clash will finally take place on 3 August, at the end of the outdoor training camp, against Udinese’s Italian team.
