Al-Hilal’s first football team defeated Qatar’s Al-Arabi 2-0 on Monday in their second friendly match during their training camp in Austria, as they prepare for the new season.
The Blues scored both goals in the first half through Michael Delgado in the 11th minute and Nasser Al-Dawsari in the 16th minute.
The team, coached by Portuguese Jorge Jesus, started the match with a lineup that included Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, Saud Abdulhamid, Hassan Tambakti, Khalifa Al-Dawsari, Yasser Al-Shahrani, Nasser Al-Dawsari, Mohamed Kanno, Salem Al-Dawsari, Serbian Savic, fellow countryman Aleksandar Mitrović, and Brazilian Michael Delgado.
Al Hilal is scheduled to face South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns in their third friendly match next Friday.
The Blues had previously thrashed Austria’s Wiener Neustadt 6-0 in their first friendly match last Friday.
