Legal Ahmed Elsheikhi revealed that Al-Nasr Club was fined Euro 9.5 million, in addition to the 40 thousand repeated monthly during the coming period, after the club did not pay the player’s dues during the last period officially.
“Our own sources confirmed that the Al-Nasr Club withdrew its appeal from the CAS Court in its case against player Petros, and thus the Court decided to terminate the arbitration proceedings, in the final moments before the judgment was announced.
“FIFA’s primary decision against Al-Nasr has become final and binding, paying the equivalent of 9.5 million plus about 40 thousand repeated monthly at the time of actual payment, and full details of the case.”
