Real Madrid continues to wait for one of the stars of Saudi al-nasr during the current summer Mercato.
Real Madrid have previously been linked with the inclusion of defender Emerick Laporte from al-nasr since the start of the summer.
According to Spanish newspaper Ace, Real Madrid plans not to include any other Mercato players except for the emergence of a real opportunity that will prompt the club to move immediately in order to settle the deal.
“A player who will make Real Madrid change its position must enjoy a name and value like Emerick Laporte, but Meringi requires that the player succeeds in freeing himself from the victory contract and moving free to the royal.”
“al-nasr does not yet want to deflect one of its stars, especially since the league will be launched in days, but until the summer mercato closes on 30 this month, Real Madrid will still have hopes for the deal.”
AAS confirmed that time was not working in Real Madrid’s favour, but if the royal decided to press to settle the deal and offer convincing terms for al-nasr, the Saudi club might make the deal possible, looking for an alternative.
Laporte joined the saudi a-lnasr team camp several days ago after taking part in Euro 2024 and being crowned with Spain at the expense of England.
