The team succeeded in topping the fifth group after defeating its guest, Al-Duhail, Qatar, by four goals to three, for the third round of the group stage in the AFC Champions League.

Al-Nasr secured a historic Asian double in 1998 by winning the Asian Cup Winners’ Cup and the Asian Super Cup, and won the Arab Club Champions Cup in 2023. Al-Nasr also won two titles in the Gulf Club Cup.
