Saudi al-nassr aims to sign one of Portuguese’s former colleagues Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to the British newspaper Telegraph, Saudi al-nassr is preparing to make an offer to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the Manchester United full-back, during January.
This came after al-nassr received a refusal on its £20 million offer to sign Brazil’s Emerson Royal, the Tottenham Hotspur full-back, a few days ago.
Manchester United had done the extension clause in Wan-Bissaka’s contract, so the player is linked with the Red Devils until next season.
Wan Bissaka has been a key participant in 13 games this season after recovering from a hamstring injury, and has also been on the radar of several European clubs, first among them Inter Milan
The 26-year-old Aaron Wan-Bissaka plays for Manchester United in July 2019, coming from England’s Crystal Palace, with a market value of about 20 million euros.
Al-Nassr is ranked in the Roshin Saudi Professional League with 46 points and a difference of 7 points from the top al-hilal.
The capital club announced in a statement, broadcast through its official account on the X social media platform, that the games were postponed “for reasons beyond the control of al-nassr”
without revealing further details, but that the “sports” sources explained that the postponement was due to the Portuguese football legend’s inability to participate in these encounters for suffering from a muscular injury.
