The al-taawoun Club announced on Friday that it has obtained a financial efficiency certificate from the Ministry of Sport, which allows it to register new players during the winter transfer window.
“Efficiency is a cooperative”, the al-taawoum said, via its account on X (formerly Twitter), accompanied by the financial efficiency certificate granted to it by the Sports Clubs Financial Efficiency Committee of the Ministry of Sport.
The certificate included that the al-taawoun met its financial and contractual obligations, depending on the scope set, until 30 November 2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Sports Clubs’ Financial Efficiency Regulations.
The al-taawoun team will enter an external preparatory camp in the UAE city of Al Ayn from January 20 to February 7, during which it will hold 3 test matches.
The team finished fourth in the Saudi League standings, with 34 points from 10 wins and 4 draws, while the team lost 5 games after 19 rounds.
Etihad Club management is close to obtaining a financial efficiency certificate, which enables it to register new players, both domestic and foreign, during the current winter transfer window.
According to “Sports”, there are no major financial obstacles to the Western Club’s obtaining the certificate, as the Executive Department, led by Portuguese Domingo Suárez de Oliveira, has met all the conditions.
