Egyptian media Mohamed Salah signed for a Saudi club

Ahmed Hossam “Mido,” former star of the Egyptian national team, has revealed a surprise regarding the transfer of Egyptian player Mohamed Salah, the star of Liverpool FC, to the  Saudi league next season.

Mido posted on his account on the “X” platform: “Mohamed Salah in the Saudi league next season. Contracts have been signed.”

Earlier, “The Athletic” newspaper reported that Al-Ittihad club was preparing a new massive offer to acquire Salah, which could reach up to 235 million, making it the highest amount ever paid in world football.

Reports from earlier also indicated that Saudi Arabia considers the Egyptian player (31 years old), who is under contract with Liverpool until 2025, as a primary target for signing during the upcoming summer transfer window.
