Green-restores-dossary-before-thailand

Nasser Al Dosari, the green soccer team’s top midfielder, entered team training on Tuesday after overtaking his muscle injury last Friday before facing Kyrgyzstan in the Asian Cup.

Reports revealed that the player had undergone medical examinations before being allowed to enter training with his teammates at the Aspire Academy Stadium, in preparation for meeting Thailand on Thursday in the third group stage round.

Al Dosari suffered a thigh muscle injury that kept him out of Kyrgyzstan’s game, which ended in a Green 20 victory and secured one of the two qualifying cards for the round of 16, from Group F.

For his part, Hassan Timbukti, the centre-back, has only performed fitness and qualification exercises using sports devices, independent of the rest of his colleagues, and his condition is still under surveillance by the medical and technical organs.

Sources pointed to the defender’s need for further qualification in order to recover from the injury sustained during the last game, stressing that there is a great opportunity for his participation but depends on his full recovery.

Italy’s Roberto Mancini, the green ‘s head coach, devoted a front line training on how to handle cross-balls, after which he organized a tactical split between two teams over half the field area.
