Henderson-left-saudi-league

Henderson-left-saudi-leagueHenderson the english star the future of , captain of the Saudi deal team, has sparked controversy in the past few hours.

Henderson moved on during last summer’s transfers to the al-ettifaq club from the english team Liverpool, with the recommendation of his idol, current boss Steven Gerrard.

The British Daily Mail reported that Henderson was considering returning to the Premiership “if he received appropriate offers” because he did not cope with the atmosphere in Saudi Arabia.

reports reached out to a club source but strongly denied Henderson’s desire to return to England.

The source explained: “They have also spoken earlier about Coach Gerrard’s desire to leave, and all this news is not true.”

He continued: “We will include several foreign players during the winter transfer window, according to Gerrard’s vision based on what the team needs.”

Henderson is eager to complete his move to the Premier League, but the move will come at a cost to Henderson, facing millions of tax losses and wage losses.

The report adds that his £ 700 thousand-a-week wage is tax-free only if he respects the first two years of his contract, and therefore Saudi Arabia’s income tax rate of 20 per cent will leave Henderson with a tax bill of about £ 7 million if he returns to his country.

The al-ettifaq club  is eighth in the Rushin Saudi Professional League with 25 points.
