Italian manager Roberto Manchini announced the formation of Green against Oman in the first round of the 2023 Asian Cup group stage in Qatar.
The composition was as follows:
Goalkeeping: Ahmed Alksar.
Defence: Hassan Timbukti, Ali Lajami, Ali Balehi
Centre: Saud Abdul Hamid, Abdullah Al-Khibri, Mohamed Knowe and Nasser Al-Dosari.
Attack: Saleh al-Shahri, Salem al-Dosari, Sami al-Najji.
The Oman team plays with the following composition:
Guard: Ibrahim al-Mekhini.
Defence: Arshad al-Alawi, Ahmed al-Khamisi, Khaled al-Bariki and Ahmed al-Kaabi.
Centre: Jamil al-Yahmadi, Harib al-Saadi, Abdullah Fawaz.
Attack: Salah al-Yabi, Essam al-Sabhi, Mohsen al-Ghassani.
Gulf ball fans are awaiting a strong showdown that will bring together Italian team Manchini with their Omani counterparts today,
opening their 2023 Asian Cup campaign competition in doha Qatar.
Saudi fans began arriving at the Khalifa International Stadium in Qatar’s capital, in support of Lakhdar saudi team.
