Numerous press reports have revealed that the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Al-ahli Club is close to reaching a huge administrative deal within the development plan of the Club’s work in line with the revolution in the sports field in the Kingdom.

The Al-ahli management reportedly came close to signing England’s Ron Gurley as the club’s chief executive.

According to the same sources, negotiations between the parties are at an advanced stage, with only some details left for the signing of the contract and for England’s Gurley to take over executive duties at the club, in succession of Lizen Al-Sharif, who was likely to be assigned to another post.
