Brazilian Neymar da Silva, Team al-hilal forward, Saudi capital Riyadh, arrives tomorrow, Monday, after a period of time outside the Kingdom.
Neymar had moved away from participating in the leader’s group training after suffering a cruciate ligament cut during his country’s Brazil clash against Uruguay last October.
According to Saudi Sports, Neymar is scheduled to return to the club’s headquarters tomorrow, Monday.
The player will continue to undergo the rehabilitation programme to recover from the injury under the supervision of the medical staff of Al-Hilal Club.
Al-Hilal is top of the Saudi Professional League table with 53 points and a difference of 7 points from the runner-up victory
Neymar is expected to miss out until the end of the current season, currently serving a qualifying period in Brazil in preparation for a return to action early next season, knowing he has played only 5 games in a crescent shirt.
Neymar is on contract with Al-Hilal until the summer of 2025, with the option to renew for another season.
“My conversation with Neymar was very quick, but the quick talks always have a good impact,” Teixeira said, in remarks highlighted by the British Daily Mail on Sunday.
He added: “To return to Santos, he has to recover well from his injury. He will finish his experience in Saudi Arabia, then return to play with us “
