3 Saudi clubs have indicated their desire to sign Salman Al Faraj, captain of the First al-hilal football team, during the current summer transfer window.
Blue said goodbye to his historic captain Salman al-Faraj after announcing on Monday the end of his career with the team, the Asimi Club announced through its official account at the “X” social media platform.

 

Al-Faraj’s line is a historic and timeless career with the al-hilal Club, which was included in its Sunni categories more than 17 years ago.
According to the same sources, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Ahly and Nayyom clubs are waiting for the player to sign a financial clearance to submit their official offers to the Crescent captain and initiate a formal negotiation procedure, which is expected to choose his new club soon.

In 2008, Salman was among the Sunni crescent categories before recommending that the Romanian leader coach Cosmin Olario step up to the first team, after a short trip in the club’s age groups that did not last long, because of the great talent he possessed, and then become one of the main pillars of the Blue Battalion.
The 34-year holder is the most decorated player in the Saudi Professional League title. He was crowned with eight league titles, the seasons of 2009-10, 2010-11, 201617, 2017-18, 2019-20, 2021, 2021, 202122, 202324, surpassing Mohammed Al Shalahoub, his former captain in Al Hilal, with five professional league titles.
He also achieved more than 20 tournaments during his career with Al-Hilal, and played a fair number of international matches with the Saudi team, with whom he participated in two World Cup editions.
