The Saudi Football Federation has announced the launch of SAFF + apps on smart devices as part of the Saudi Federation’s plan to develop the platform and further familiarize itself with the content of the platform.

The Saudi Federation had launched the pilot broadcast of the SAFF + platform to broadcast all local competition matches that did not have exclusive transport rights; With the aim of establishing a database of Sunni players to serve the Sunni teams and clubs in knowing the numbers and data of players to rely on in technical analysis, as well as helping coaches and scouts in discovering talent, making use of the digital data of players in evaluating performance, as well as referees in knowing the performance of referees and evaluating their levels, and identifying their ability to develop and support, as well as well as an opportunity for sports fans to follow games.

During the test broadcast that began on February 27, 2023, the platform aims to transfer the games of 20 football competitions. So far, 70 football fields have been equipped to be able to broadcast the matches, with all Saudi football stadiums to be covered in the coming stages.

SAFF + cameras operating in various weather conditions have high-quality technology, multiple lenses and angles, to ensure coverage of all stadium area, cloud broadcasting technology without human interference in production and photography, as there will be a central broadcast center in Riyadh to manage and move events across the platform.
