The Italian Roberto Manchini, head coach of Saudi Arabia, made a strange attitude during the South Korean match, in the round of 16 Asian Nations Cup.
South Korea qualified for the quarter-finals of the Asian Nations Cup in Qatar, after beating Saudi Arabia by 4-2, on penalties, following a 1/1 draw.
After the Korean goalkeeper blocked the fourth kick for the Saudi team, which was taken by Abdul Rahman Ghraib, and the Korean team was one kick away from going up, Mancini decided to leave the field, not to continue for the end of the shootout.
Mancjini did not receive much support from the Saudi Sports Street, due to his unsuccessful results with the team before the tournament began.

Yasser Al-Qahtani, a former Club Al-Hilal and Saudi national team, described Italy’s Roberto Manchini as the Green manager of the coward, citing him as a lack of respect.
Al-Qahtani said in TV remarks on BN Sports Qatar: “We have not gone through the cheese of this coach, Mancini is a cowardly coach, he has proved that he does not deserve to coach the Saudi team, and he is a disrespectful person.”
He added: “He has a psychological knot, he has abandoned the stars of the national team and he doesn’t have a strong personality, so he chooses to talk about the stars of the team on the night of the first game.”
