Roshen Group – a public investment fund company – announced the establishment of an iconic stadium with global specifications with a capacity of up to 45,000 seats on a total area of more than 450 thousand square meters southwest of Riyadh.
The Rushin Stadium is a versatile design with a wide range of shops, restaurants and hospitality venues, and the project is a central stadium dedicated to sporting events and activities, connecting its various facilities in a streamlined, open and interconnected design.
The project will become a landmark in the south-west region of Riyadh, with a glossy crystal design that rises to bring an aesthetic touch to the skies around the stadium, inspired by the urban fabric and architectural features of Saudi Arabia’s central region.

This stadium is an important step in Roshen Group’s expansionist career, which includes the development of sports facilities, and is a demonstration of the Group’s commitment to contribute to improving quality of life through the application of the Roshen approach to sustainable real estate development, in line with Vision 2030.
Visitors to the stadium will enjoy access to sports facilities around the stadium such as footpaths and public green spaces, making it a vibrant destination.
Rosen Stadium is designed to meet all the requirements of hosting world sports highlights, as well as recreational, cultural and other social events, and will enhance the use of cutting-edge technologies such as solar energy that are integrated into the stadium’s integrated infrastructure.
The ceiling design also helps to enhance air traffic, ensuring adequate ventilation, as well as control the arrival of sunlight inside the stadium during daylight hours.
