The-Ball-Executive-in-al-nassr-refuses

Brazilian Marcelo Salazar, executive director of football at Al-Nassr, expressed his conviction that the first team of football had a chance to win the Saudi Roshen League title, despite Al-Hilal topping the table, after 19 rounds, with 53 points.

Salazar, speaking to The Athletic online sports newspaper, said the team could win all the tournaments and stressed: “Nothing is impossible, this is the motivation for us to work for the club daily.”

The yellow team, coached by Portuguese Luis Castro, collected 46 points from the same tours, finishing second in the competition currently suspended due to the Asian Cup in Qatar.

Salazar spoke at length, through the recent dialogue of journalist Oliver Kay, about Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the team’s top scorer, referring to the strength of the relationship between Don and Castro, describing it as “the best conceivable, frank, close, direct, professional relationship”, refusing to compare Ronaldo’s professionalism to any other player he worked with.

He stressed: “When he came to al-nassr, we had great professionals, like Louise Gustavo, David Ospina and Alvaro Gonzalez, who are also role models, but nobody can compare to Ronaldo, his discipline or his interest in every small detail that might shake his performance quality, nor his influence within the dressing room.”

Ronaldo’s feelings of satisfaction and treatment, as well as his family and staff, have been positive since arriving at the team, usually a major factor in giving him on the pitch.

In conjunction with the first anniversary of the World Football legend’s accession to al-nassr, Salazar praised Don’s yellow jersey achievement and goal-making, and singled out his 4 goals during one game, played in front of the Unit, last February 9, in the 16 round of the past Roshen League.
Ronaldo (38 years old) made 50 appearances for “Yellow”, during which he scored 44 goals in collecting competitions.
