attitude towards    La Liga president Javier Tebas’ attitude towards the Saudi League changed after he had previously underestimated it, stressing that he was willing to work in the Roshen League.

Tebas came out in previous remarks, criticizing Saudi Arabia’s exceptional transfer market moves over the past summer, explaining that the Roshin League has a lot of time to build a prestigious reputation amidst other leagues.

At the time, he stressed that he did not even know the name of the team to which he had been transferred by France’s Karim Benzema.

“I think I changed my mind only after visiting the kingdom, because I found that there was a lot of change, and when I said there was sports laundry I didn’t know Saudi Arabia and what its plans and ideas were,” Tebas said during remarks to The Middle East.

“After I came here, I changed my mind because of the great progress that has been made here in Saudi Arabia, and who doesn’t see it is blind.”

The President of La Liga expressed his willingness to work in Saudi Arabia, saying: “If he offers me to become CEO or any other position in the Saudi League, I will accept, because I love challenging projects and this is one of them, and La Liga has challenges and that is why I am here, and I will say yes to the Saudi League and Saudi Arabia because it is a very big country for me.”
