Al-Hilal Club ended its historic career in the Saudi Professional Roshen League and beat hosts Al-Unity Club by 2-1, in the match that brought together the two teams on Monday night, in the final round of the Professional League.
The leader finished at the top of the rankings with 96 points, while the unit’s balance was frozen at 36 points to finish 13th.
Al-Hilal Mohamed Know scored in the 19th minute and Alexander Mitrovic in the 90th + 2min, while Yahya al-Najei scored in the 77th minute.
Crescent’s advantage appeared obvious in the first half, despite Jesus resting his most prominent stars, headed by Serbian top scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic and compatriot Savinich.

Al-Hilal’s advantage continued and Abdullahi al-Hamdan nearly consolidated his team’s lead in the 36th minute, when he sent a fallen ball behind Abdulkudos Atiyah, who succeeded in saving his goal from the second goal in the latter.
Crescent’s attempts to add the third goal were subsequently unsuccessful, owing to the abuse of opportunities by attacker Abdullah al-Hamdan.
In the second half, Jesus Balehi and Alexander Mitrovic pushed Yasser al-Shahrani in place of Coulibaly, Saleh al-Shahri and Renard Lodi.
The 53rd minute saw the first threat by the Unity Club, when Yahya al-Najji singled out Crescent keeper Mohamed al-Owais, who blocked the ball twice.
In the omission of the al-hilal defence, Yahya al-Najei succeeded in breaking the infiltration and solitary trap with guard Mohamed al-Owais, who failed to tackle al-Najji’s shot that gave his team a tie in the 77th minute.
The unit almost snatched a fatal goal in the final minutes of the match, after he confronted Abdulaziz Bukhari, a guard of the crescent, but the referee stopped play because of an offside.
Serbia’s Aleksandar Mitrovic gave his team match points by scoring the second goal in injury time.
