Al-Nasr succeeded in beating his al-akhdoud counterpart (3-2) during their match on Thursday night, in the 31st round of the Saudi Professional Roshen League.
Marcelo Brozovic scored twice in the seventh minute, 90 + 1, and Cristiano Ronaldo in the 15th minute.
Hassan Habib scored in the 60th minute and Savoir Goodwin in the 70th minute.
With this result, Al-Nasr postponed the culmination of Al-Hilal’s 19th Saudi league title in its history, as he needed to draw victory or lose it to the groove.
Al-Nasr is second in the league table with 77 points, 9 behind leader Al-Hilal, while the groove is 15th with 29 points.
al-nasr scores early
al-nasr did not wait until the first goal was scored early in the sixth minute, Marcelo Prozovic’s shot from inside the box after a pass from Ali Elhassan inhabited the right of the goal.

al-nasr quickly boosted the score with the second goal in the 15th minute, through Cristiano Ronaldo, after receiving a pass from Ali al-Hassan from the right of the box, which the Don hit into the net.
al-akhdoud tried to respond to Victory’s goals, with a chance in the 21st minute, after a shot on target through Savoir Godwin from the boundary of the box.
In the 26th minute, Al-Nasr’s Ayman Yahya missed a chance after striking inside the box in front of the groove goal, but the ball came out without any danger.
Ronaldo, captain of al-nasr, almost scored a second goal in the 35th minute after hitting a fall from a very difficult angle next to the goal line, but it hit the crossbar.
Al-Nasr’s players demanded a penalty in the 39th minute after Senegalese player Sadio Mane fell into the box, but the quantity decided to continue playing.
The 48th minute saw a wasteful chance from the victory team after Sadio Mane hit a powerful ball from inside the box, but hit the crossbar.
The al-akhdoud responded with a dangerous chance, in the 50th minute, through a strong right right of the box through Yassin Zubaidi, but was successfully blocked by the Victory goalkeeper.
Cristiano Ronaldo missed a dangerous chance in the 54th minute, after hitting a powerful ball from inside the box but was successfully dispersed by the groove defence.
al-akhdoud reduces difference
The groove team reduced the score to a goal in the victory net in the 60th minute, through Hassan Habib, from a powerful shot from outside the box that inhabited the left of the goal.
The groove levelled the score, with the second goal on Victory’s net, in the 70th minute, through Saviour Goodwin, who took advantage of a defensive fumble to fire a rocket from inside the box to inhabit the net.
al-nasr advances again
Victory returned to control the course of the game by scoring the third goal in the 90th minute + 1, through Marcelo Prozovic, after the groove defender took advantage of the dispersal of the ball to strike Brozovic with a powerful ball on the fly from the right of the box to inhabit the net.
