{"id":19338,"date":"2024-05-16T16:20:02","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T16:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saudi-league.com\/?p=19338"},"modified":"2024-05-16T16:20:02","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T16:20:02","slug":"al-nasr-identifies-the-list-of-departing-professionals-in-mercato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saudi-league.com\/league-news\/al-nasr-identifies-the-list-of-departing-professionals-in-mercato\/","title":{"rendered":"Al-Nasr identifies the list of departing professionals in Mercato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"1\">The Saudi club Al-Nasr has begun considering strengthening its ranks with new professional players, in anticipation of next season, in order to return vigorously to compete for domestic and continental titles, given the club&#8217;s failure to achieve the Saudi League title and the Asian Champions League, and to complete the Arab Club Cup title, pending the Copa del Rey final against Al Hilal at the end of this month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"2\">In order to recruit new players in the next summer&#8217;s transfer market, &#8220;The World&#8221; will have to offload some professional player vacations, so that he can register new players, which means getting rid of the services of some current players, who have not convinced the technical staff throughout the current season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"3\">Al-Nasr currently has 9 professional players, the maximum that Saudi League regulations clear, meaning the yellow club is forced to exclude some names from its current roster, in order to give a place to new players to be contracted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"4\">Al-Nasr seeks to get rid of three players<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"5\">According to Italian transfer journalist Rudy Galiti, the <a href=\"https:\/\/saudi-league.com\/club\/al-nassr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">al-nasr<\/a> administration placed 3 players on a shortlist for dismissal after the end of the current season, including a goalkeeper, a centre-back and an offensive lineman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"6\">The list published by the journalist, Colombian veteran goalkeeper David Ospina and Spanish defender Aymeric Laporte, as well as Brazilian forward Anderson Talesca, has been without the team since February due to injury.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"7\">Ospina&#8217;s contract expires at the end of the current season, meaning that he will leave Al-Nasr free of charge and his contract will not be renewed. Taliska (30 years) will be contracted until the summer of 2026, and his club will await serious offers from local or foreign clubs for his discharge, knowing that his market value is currently 15
