Petsu Musimani, current manager of the Saudi Arabian club Abha and former Saudi al-ahli Club, received a ruling requiring the management of Al-Raqi to pay a substantial fine to the South African coach who was sacked from the training of the club after boarding the team from the Yellow League to the Saudi Roshin League.
Musimani had coached Al-Ahli Al-Saudi Arabia in September 2022, and led Al-Raqi to climb from the Yellow League (top flight) to the Roshen League (Premier League), yet was dismissed by unilateral termination of the contract.

According to the South African newspaper Edisky Times, Musimani won his complaint against the Saudi al-ahli club at the International Football Federation, noting that FIFA had committed the club to pay approximately $1.5 million to the South African coach
The international federation paid $786,000 in compensation to Coach Musimani for breach of contract for no compelling reason, plus 5% interest per year, from June 1, 2023 until the actual payment date, along with some other bonuses to reach the total value of approximately $1.5 million.
Not only that, but FIFA ruled in favour of Mussimani’s technical staff to receive compensation from Al-Ahliya for the unilateral termination of the contract. Besides Pesto, there are fines in favour of Cabello Rangoaga (physical stomach), Mahir Davids (assistant trainer) and Mussi Mazlaba (performance analyst).
The total amounts owed to Mossimani’s auxiliary crew amounted to approximately $ 890 thousand, and bodybuilder Ranguaga is the largest beneficiary of the fine, obtaining a judgement for compensation amounting to approximately $ 100 thousand in interest (5%).
According to article 57 of the FIFA Act, Al-Ahli Club is entitled to appeal this decision, and the Saudi Club has been granted 21 days to receive notice of this decision to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Musimani, after leaving Al Ahli, led the UAE al-wehda Club; But for only four months, from July 2023 until November 2023, he left after only 10 games, while now coaching her Saudi father.
