Algerian international Riyad Mahrez, the star of Al Ahli, confirmed that the Saudi League is good, will grow more seasonally after a season, and that his team will be better next season.
The former Manchester City star mahrez spoke in an interview published by Al Ahli’s media centre via his official account on the X platform on Friday evening.
Mahrez said: Of course the community audience is great, huge, and large.. I like to play in big stadiums; Because they are always full, and the public always motivates me.. I think they can compare themselves to the biggest audiences in the world.
He added: “I have to learn to pay tribute to the club; Because I really like him. Before matches when you listen to the crowd singing together give you motivation.. And that’s very cool.

Mahrez revealed that the most important moment of his playing career is the culmination of the Africa Cup of Nations with his country, then the Premier League title accompanied by Leicester City, then the Champions League with Manchester City, and also all the titles he achieved with the Premier League champions.
He added: “I hope to win the Saudi League, and one day the AFC Champions League as well. Why not with my parents.
The Saudi League is good, and will grow more seasonally after a season. I expect Al Ahly, if God willing, to be better next year, compete hard to win the league, qualify first for the AFC Champions League, and try to go away. This is my wish, God willing.
