Al-itthad Club management is close to obtaining a financial efficiency certificate, which enables it to register new players, both domestic and foreign, during the current winter transfer window.
According to “Sports”, there are no major financial obstacles to the al-itthad Club’s obtaining the certificate, as the Executive Department, led by Portuguese Domingo Suárez de Oliveira, has met all the conditions.
The same sources said that the salaries of the players were delivered in full until the end of December 2023 without delay, in addition to the salaries of the workers and coaches, with no external issues on the club at FIFA, the most prominent of the “substantial” conditions that previously hindered clubs to obtain certification.
Similarly, according to these sources, the registration of the Egyptian Ahmed Hijazi in the Saudi Professional League (SBA) system and local participation, if approved by the club, does not require obtaining the certificate, because the player was officially registered in the Saudi Football Association’s disclosures earlier, while the certificate of competence is competent to register new players, foreign and local.
