al-itthad-succeeds-in-incorporating-a-rising-saudi-talent

The officials of the al-itthad Club, together with Hamid Al Shenqaiti, the goalkeeper of the first youth football team, and the Saudi Olympic team, signed after entering the free period, according to “sports” sources, which on April 4 referred to the Etihad agreement with the Green Guard officially for a period of 5 seasons, with the recommendation of the coaching staff led by Marcelo Jayardo and Ramón.

According to the sources, Spanish sports director Ramon Blanis and his team are exploring talent from small players inside and outside Saudi Arabia to be part of a clear and long-term strategy. Al Shangaiti rejected an official offer from the management of his youth club, according to “sports” sources on March 6. Al Shanqaiti, the owner of the “18year”, finally participated in the list of Saudi Olympic team that played in the U23s Asian Cup finals in Qatar, qualifying for the Paris Olympics next August.
On the other hand, press reports have indicated that the al-itthad’s administration wants to rearrange the first team football papers again, and intends to dispense with a number of foreign players.

Italian journalist Rudy Galletti explained on his official account on the social media platform X that the al-itthad wants to make room on the list of foreigners and will dispense with players in the next few weeks.
Galiti added that the players the club intends to do without their services are goalkeeper Marcelo Grohi, whom the club has already decided to leave last January, as well as Egyptian Ahmed Hijazi.
