The management of Al-Nassr Club withdrew its request to the Saudi Football Federation for the appointment of foreign referees in the first team football match in front of the Al-akhdood tomorrow, at the First Park Stadium, among the 14 rounds of the Saudi Roshn League.
Al-Nassr ‘s management deposited the sum of 175 thousand riyals, the value of bringing in foreign referees for the Al-akhdood match 14 days before the clash, to file another request last Saturday to cancel, which invited the main referees committee to approve the request.
According to the press, the Saudi Federation’s main referees committee assigned the leadership of the match to a Saudi referee crew led by Faisal al-Balawi.
According to the sports newspaper’s report, the Saudi Federation’s main governors committee seeks to attract elite rulers from the continent of Europe for the Riyadh derby scheduled for December 1, specifically from Italy.
The Commission has hired European referees in 10 games since the start of the current season, most notably Dutch Danny Makele, who led the Al-litthad clash against Al Ahly in Derby Jeddah.
The Al-Nassr team will be a guest of Al-Hilal, in a forthcoming derby, scheduled to take place on December 1, as part of the 15th round of the Saudi Roshn League, at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.
