Petsu-Musimani-approaches-Saudi-League

South Africa’s former ahli Jeddah coach, Petsu Musimani, received a Saudi offer, according to press reports.

Al-Youm reported that Abha had entered into negotiations with Musimani in preparation for his contract during the current international break.

The paper reported that negotiations between the two parties had reached advanced stages, with Abha’s management trusting the South African coach to improve the team’s position in the Saudi Professional League ranking table.

Musimani previously had a experience in the Saudi League through the gate of Al Ahli Club when he led him to return to the Professional League in the current season 2023/2024 but then left the UAE Unity Club.

Abha is ranked 17th (penultimate) in the Saudi league table with 14 points after 19 rounds.

The report completed: “Through this step, Abha Club aims to improve the position of the team in the competition schedule during the current season, as there is confidence on the part of the club’s management in the South African coach, and his ability to adjust the position of the team in the competition schedule.”

Petsu Musimani assumes the leadership of the Egyptian National on October 1, 2020, to January 13, 2022, and Al Ahli Saudi Arabia from September 25, 2022 to January 30, 2023.
