The summer transfer window in Saudi Arabia for the 2024-2025 season began officially on Thursday, allowing clubs to register their deals to let them plays with their teams in the beginningof the new season of roshn league.
The Saudi Football Federation announced through its official account on the “X” platform with the early hours of the day that the registration was open for the summer period.
Saudi Arabia’s transfer window begins on Thursday, with Mercato closing on September 2 for the Roshen Professional League clubs.
Saudi clubs’ transfers are calm this season, compared to last summer, when clubs signed Mercato historically with the help of the Polarization Commission.
So far, none of the four major clubs, owned by the Investment Fund, has made a deal, except for the Al-itthad of jeddah which has contracted a sole player, Housam Aouar, from Rome.
Saudi Arabia’s Rosen League teams made 33 fee deals today, ahead of the official launch of the summer transfer window in Saudi Arabia on Thursday, July 18, which runs until September 2.
Apart from the Fund’s clubs, Qadisiyah, which returns to the Professional League, is the most active, concluding 8 deals, including: Nahitan Nandez, Hussein Al-Qahtani, Quinn Castels, Julian Kinunis, Nacho Fernandez, Mohamed Kassem, Kassem Lajami and Ali Hazazi.
