England’s Steven Gerrard, head coach of the Al-ettifaq team, has asked his club’s officials to begin the negotiation process urgently with 3 current players in Saudi football’s top team, including them in the upcoming winter transfer window.

Press reports indicated that: “At least 3 Lakhdar star names have been identified, in coordination with English coach Steven Gerrard, to begin negotiations with their clubs on their borrowing or relocation.”

She added: “We will ensure that players play a certain number of minutes per game, and with a total of many minutes per month, other than the encounters in which they will participate are essential, and if they do not play the number of agreed minutes they are entitled to terminate the contract with our club, provided that the absence is not due to injuries or suspensions.”

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, who appeared at the press conference after the confrontation last year, complained that there were no local players supporting his battalion.

Official sources indicated: “We cannot mention the names that Gerrard has identified at the moment, for reasons that we keep, but they are strong and play in al-hilal clubs, al-nassr and other teams.”
