Portugal’s Jose Mourinho, former manager of Italy’s Roma, has become a candidate to train 3 Saudi clubs, according to press reports.
The Saudi newspaper “Middle East” noted that Mourinho had become among the training options desired by several clubs, including the newly returned Qadisiyah Professional League.

Al-Qadisiyah, who moved ownership of Aramco, is one of the Kingdom’s historic clubs wishing to provide good support for his matrix, with a distinguished technical staff before the start of the new season.
Since his departure from the Italian leadership of Rome, the Portuguese coach has not been associated with any team, running for several coaching assignments, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

Some linked Mourinho Nzala’s presence in boxing with the idea of studying him as a presentation there.

The English website Tok Sport also reported that Moyneo is expected to arrive in Al Khobar late this month to visit the club and see its facilities in preparation for assumption of the task once the contract details are agreed.

Mourinho has previously been impressed by the development of Saudi Arabia, and although he refuses to say that he can coach a Saudi club, he has not generally ruled out the idea.

Mourinho coached several top Europeans: Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Chelsea, and achieved successes in each team.

But his subsequent experiences with Manchester United and Tottenham were subdued, before leading Rome to the first European title in its history: the European Conference League.
